It might be a surprise to most tourists visiting Orcas
Island, surrounded by the Puget Sound and all its bounty, to learn that up
until this point there was not a sushi restaurant on the island. Restaurants
featuring seafood, including Ship’s Bay and the West Sound Café, have been
serving fresh caught crab and fish for years, but sushi has been absent from
the foodie scene.
